Cancellations and Refunds Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for services provided by Subtle and Beyond Counselling.
1. Cancellations by the Client
24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. You can notify us by emailing info@subtleandbeyond.com or calling +9422288874
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled appointment (a “no-show”), you will be charged the full fee for that session.
Medical/Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the event of a genuine emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Decisions regarding a waiver of the cancellation fee will be made on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations by the Counsellor
In the rare event that your counsellor needs to cancel a session, you will be notified promptly.
You will not be charged for the session, and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.
3. Refunds
No Refunds for Completed Sessions: If a counselling session has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Pre-Paid Sessions: If you have pre-paid for a session and cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Package Deals: If you have purchased a package of sessions and wish to terminate the services, you will be refunded for any unused sessions. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
4. Late Arrival
If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full fee will be charged, and the lost time will not be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Payment of Fees
Payment for sessions is due at the time of booking or at the beginning of the session, as agreed upon.
By booking a session with us, you agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
